How long will my visit last?

We recommend allowing three to four hours for your Studio Tour visit, although there is no limit imposed on your time at the attraction.

Can I take photos and film video content?

There are lots of exciting photo opportunities throughout the attraction to ensure you take home an everlasting memory. The taking of photographs and video footage with handheld cameras and mobile devices is allowed in most areas, apart from within the pre-show cinema and green screen areas. Please note, filming with the use of tripods and other specialist photographic equipment (such as drones) is not permitted across the site, including in exterior areas such as the car park.

What is Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo?

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter is a brand-new attraction offering fans the chance to step behind-the-scenes of the spellbinding films and discover secrets of the Wizarding World.

Do you have any rides?

No, the Studio Tour will not have the kind of rides you would expect to see at theme parks. Visitors will walk through the facility and discover film sets, costumes and props. Fans will also be able to take part in a number of interactive experiences.

Were the exhibits actually used in the actual films?

Some of the larger exhibits were not used in production. However, they have been specially made for Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo by talented filmmakers who worked on the Harry Potter film series. Some of the costumes and props fans will see are original items that featured in the films.

How is it different to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London?

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo houses many of the fan-favourite sets found in London as well as some that are exclusive to Tokyo.

Are there any photo opportunities at the Studio Tour?

Yes, there is a number of exciting photo opportunities throughout the Studio Tour including the chance to fly a broomstick, just like Harry.

Does the Studio Tour have shops?

Yes, the Studio Tour shop is home to a large collection of Wizarding World products including items exclusive to Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo. Access to the Studio Tour shop is only available to ticket holders.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes! Coats, bags and suitcases can be left in our cloakroom free of charge for the duration of your visit. Please note that we are unable to store food in our cloakroom.

Is WiFi available at the Studio Tour?

Yes, you can enjoy complimentary WiFi during your visit.

What are the shop opening times?

The shop is inside the Studio Tour and can be accessed with a valid ticket – check our opening times.

What payment methods are available in the shop?

Cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, UnionPay), debit card, electronic money (Apple Pay)
* IC payments such as transportation cards, contactless payments such as ID and QUICPay and QR code payments such as PayPay are not currently accepted at the retail store.

There are no ATMs, no Courier service, and no duty-free services.

Are there ATMs available?

There are no ATMs available at the Studio Tour.

Is there a delivery service?

There is no delivery service available at the Studio Tour.

Are duty-free services available?

There is no tax duty free service at the Studio Tour.

Is there a water server in the studio tour?

Two water servers are available during the tour. You can refill your own bottle with water. Please note that paper cups and any other containers are not provided.
