Before your Studio Tour begins you will have access to the Food Hall, Frog Café, Studio Shop, cloakroom and toilet facilities. Those arriving after the last Tour of the day cannot be guaranteed entry.
On arrival at the Studio Tour, you and your bags will be checked before entry. Please note, photography is not permitted until after this area. We request that you do not bring large or multiple items of baggage. Please consider this when planning your arrival time and considering what to bring inside with you. Suitcases and large bags will be subject to our baggage scanners. Certain items are prohibited from entering the Tour. We ask for your support in assisting our staff with this process.

Parking is available exclusively for visitors to the Studio Tour. For cars and motorbikes (excluding scooters), please purchase a parking ticket alongside your Studio Tour tickets. Space within the Studio Tour car park is limited so please purchase your parking ticket in advance.
Parking for visitors with access requirements is available close to the Studio Tour entrance, please request directions from our team upon arrival. Please note that a parking ticket is required to be purchased in advance.
Electric vehicle charging is not available.
Parking with pets / animals is prohibited. (With the exception of guide dogs, mobility service dogs and hearing dogs certified under the Act on Assistance Dogs for the Physically Disabled.)
Parking tickets are 2,000 JPY per vehicle and are valid only with a Studio Tour entry ticket.

Arriving by bus? We have a limited number of bus parking spaces on-site and these must be booked in advance. Bus parking is available for 5,000 JPY and can be booked by contacting our Visitor Services Team.
Bicycle parking is available for Studio Tour visitors only. Please ask a member of staff for assistance upon arrival. You are required to show your tickets.
